Johanna is a certified Karuna Ki Reiki Master, Usui Reiki Master, Crystal Reiki Master, and Level 1 Kundalini Reiki practitioner with experience since 2016 conducting distance sessions and crystal infusions.

Order Processing Time
The time I need to process an order varies, but typically takes 3-5 business days. Some items are made by hand so they are not ready to ship when ordered.
Returns Policy and Refunds
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:
- Gift cards
- Services (Reiki Sessions, Card Readings, etc). No refunds will be given on Reiki sessions after the session has been completed. You may cancel a Reiki session for a full refund if I am contacted over 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your session you will receive a 50% refund. If you fail to login in to the Google Meet for your session, no refunds will be given.
