Our white sage is sustainably harvested in its native region of California, ensuring you receive an authentic, ethically sourced smudge wand that honors the plant and its traditions.

How to Use
- Space clearing — light the tip of the wand, allow it to catch and then gently blow out the flame so it smolders. Walk through your space moving the smoke into corners, doorways, and windows while setting your intention

- Monthly home practice — smudge your home monthly to clear any negative energy that has accumulated and reset your space
- Crystal cleansing — pass crystals through the smoke to clear and reset their energy between uses
- Before ritual or meditation — use to cleanse and prepare your sacred space and yourself before any spiritual practice
