Clear space for what you want to welcome
Before journaling, refreshing your altar, or beginning a personal ritual, take a moment to name what you want to release and what you hope to invite in. Let this white sage and sweetgrass blend serve as an aromatic companion to that intentional pause.
Two botanicals, complementary symbolism
- White sage (Salvia apiana): Associated in spiritual practices with purification and clearing stagnant energy, offering a symbolic fresh start.
- Sweetgrass (Hierochloe odorata): Also known as vanilla grass, sweetgrass is associated with welcoming peace, harmony, and kindness.
- A blended ritual bundle: Choose this combination for personal intentions centered on releasing the old and welcoming the new.
White sage and sweetgrass hold sacred significance in a number of Indigenous traditions. Teachings and ceremonial practices vary among communities and deserve respectful consideration.
