Rosemary symbolism & ritual intentions
In metaphysical practices, rosemary is associated with clarity, protection, and cleansing. Use these associations as inspiration for your intentions, rather than as promises of physical or mental effects.
- Clarity: Set an intention for a focused moment of reflection or journaling.
- Cleansing: Mark a symbolic release of stagnant energy and welcome a fresh start.
- Protection: Incorporate into rituals centered on personal boundaries and a peaceful space.
- Ritual atmosphere: Add an earthy, herbal aroma to your setting when burning herbs is appropriate for your space.
